We select the brands and styles which are not only stylish but also have attributes such as roomy toe boxes, seamless manufacture for diabetics, wide fitting, supportive insoles, lightweight or being waterproof etc..

We provide a range of seasonal footwear such as boots and sandals alongside our core range of slippers, trainers and shoes. We have a limited selection of shoes on our website as we are receiving new styles in store all the time but with many brands we are also able to order in a style, colour or size that we may not have in stock for you.
We have a fantastic loyalty scheme and if you are not mobile then we can visit you at home (or nursing home) but fees may apply.

Returns & Faults
We do not provide a refund in the event of you changing your mind (if returned in the original box and in a re-sealable condition) but we will provide a credit note.

In the unlikely event of goods being faulty, please contact us in store with your proof of purchase (till receipt or credit card statement) or by telephone (01252) 522955 to discuss the matter further.
In some instances a repair may be offered.
In the event of a refund, a reduced value may be refunded to reflect the wear already enjoyed.
