For the health and well being of both our customers we are restricting the number of customers in our store.
Whilst we will serve walk-ins, we recommend booking an appointment as you may need to wait outside our store.

Appointments require a booking fee which is non refundable if you do not attend the appointment or cancel with less than 48 hours notice (non-negotiable). Our booking system uses Paypal however if you click through then you can pay by credit or debit card if you don't have an Paypal account.
Please note that we do not provide refunds but we will willing exchange or provide a credit note for any unworn shoes.
The booking deposit can be used as credit against a purchase on the day or a gift voucher can be issued which can be used for a future purchase. If you are late we reserve the right to refuse service and your fee will not be refunded. Should you require an exchange or have a fault with shoes then please call our store 01252 522955.
We also have the following health and safety guidelines in place:
- we request sanitiser is used on entering and exiting our building
- face coverings are to be worn (unless you are exempt)
